After struggling with my weight for years going on a up and down cycle with good months and bad months, I decided that it is not sustainable and my body was essentially getting confused. I embarked on a one month detox removing all types of alcohol, red meat, sugar and fast food from my diet. This helped my body reset and regulate itself. I now eat mainly whole foods plant based diet and keep to a regular fitness plan. I want to share my journey with you on a daily basis on food recipes, workouts and how I treat each day.
